Toy Factory sees teams hone their organizational effectiveness as they strive to upgrade their “production” line – assembling and decorating, hand-crafted wooden children’s toys.
There is a strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) core to the event with the toys produced being donated to local children’s charities.
After some initial energizers each team gets to work on their assembly line. Strong teamwork and careful management of resources is vital for success as the production takes place under tight time frames.
Then it is creativity time with the teams responsibly for creating and communicating a common theme / brand for the toys and decorating them all appropriately.
In the fun final phase of the project teams are also tasked with creating fun, engaging and educational games / activities using the newly assembled toys.
